StorageQuest is an Ottawa-based software storage management company. We develop Windows backup and archiving software, as well as web-configured mass-storage network appliances. We have an exciting opportunity for an Senior Software Developer to joint our R&D team. We are looking for someone with at least 9 years of professional experience developing software and at least 3 years of experience developing specifically on the Linux Operating System. Successful candidates will be very proficient in programming C/C++ for the Linux operating system. StorageQuest offers a great working environment with Health care plan and stock option plans available. Salary to be determined.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Software Developer. We are looking for someone with a college diploma or university degree in Computer Science with at least 3 years of experience developing software in a related field.

Successful candidates will have experience in programming in C/C++, VB6, C#, VB.NET, Microsoft DDK, and ASPI.

In-depth knowledge of the following technologies is an asset: CD/DVD/BD/MO/UDO, CIFS/SMB, FTP, HTTP, SCP/SSH, XML, SCSI/Firewire/USB
